**Title**:Head of Design

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and drive the creative strategy, look and feel and design direction for the SweepSouth Rebrand
- Responsible for overall brand CI across multiple products and channels
- Conceptualize new ideas with the design team for ongoing and new campaigns.
- Managing the workload of the design team in alignment with the expectations of the rest of the business. Evaluating the productivity and quality of the design team's work
- Responsibility for all design input to the team - supporting the design team in mentoring and development
- Understanding the impact of designs on campaigns, adapting, testing and learning
- Help to be a champion of SweepSouth values and culture internally and externally
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, CRM and Social teams to create powerful graphics that convey impactful messaging
- Work with the design team to conceptualise, research and design the necessary digital and offline assets (newsletters, social media, paid ads) & (billboards, flyers, vehicle branding) etc.
- Help to be a champion of SweepSouth values and culture internally and externally

**Required**:

- 5+ years of design experience (e-commerce, digital)
- At least 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team
- Fluent level in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Premiere Pro and After Effects advantageous
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
- Curious and enquiring mind with strong attention to detail
- Innovative and organised
- Must be goal driven and take initiative
- Fluency in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with developers
- Experience with a brand rebrand

**Advantageous**:

- Experience in traditional (offline) design
- Previous agency experience
- Experience with Unbounce or similar
- Knowledge of HTML, Script
