The Dialer Support Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the dialer strategies, campaign setup and prioritization, real-time monitoring, reporting, and analytics relating to dialer activities within the Customer Solutions Centre environment. The dialer support specialist must utilize the dialer and its capabilities to improve efficiency and performance and look for opportunities to improve productivity and conversions.

The role is also required to ensure associated system administration so that resources have access to the relevant telephony systems and accompanying campaigns to perform their functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent

**DESIRED/ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Related Diploma/Degree very advantageous

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years minimum experience as a Dialler Administrator
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns
- Experiencing in working with data and producing analytical reporting
- Experience in analysing reports and making productivity and/or effectiveness recommendations to management
- Experience within a sales or financial services environment
- Computer Literacy: MS Excel (intermediate - Advanced)
- SQL Advantages
- Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Sales Call Centre Industry experience.
