We are looking for an experienced individual to fulfil the role as a Technical Buyer to join our dynamic team. We operate in the Electronic Security and Building Systems industry and are well established within the industry.

Our market focus is: Electronic Systems including: Access Control, CCTV & Fire Detection Systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and buying of stock
- Stock planning and forecasting
- Effectively managing ETA’s
- Supplier management
- Build relationships internally including sales and operations
- Good negotiator and trader
- Good communication & listening skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- Diligent, energetic and consistent
- Honest, trustworthy, reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn
- Results driven and attention to detail
- Managing Warranty items

Minimum experience is a definite pre-requisite:

- Minimum of 3 years Electronic/IT stock management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in building relationships with suppliers
- IT Experience/Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-managed and self-motivated
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license
