**Senior Project Manager**

Required Minimum

Qualification
- BEng/BTech Electronic Engineering
- Formal Qualification in Project Management would be advantageous.

Required minimum experience
- 5-10 years project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.

Skills & competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong mathematical and financial acumen
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access an MS Projects)
- Results driven

**Main Purpose**

To liaise with clients and to plan, organise, lead, control and measure activities within the project management department. To ensure order execution and delivery targets are met on time, at the required quality and process standards, and within allocated budget.
- Oversee the entire project execution cycle, including quotation phase, order intake, procurement, execution and delivery.
- Leading cross-functional teams, co-ordinate resources, and ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and process standards.
- Client Relations Management
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective manner.
- Grow an understanding of client products.
- Set monthly execution and invoicing targets, for the project management department, and ensure theses KPIs are met.
- Weekly reporting on department matters and performance to direct line manager.
- Monthly reporting of department performance to executive team.
- Strategic planning within the department, aligned to company objectives.
- Staff motivation, disciplinaries, recruitment and performance management and evaluations.
- Assist and prioritise production bottlenecks.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Assist with marketing interventions.
- Keep abreast of industry market trends and best practices.
- Contractual Management.
