Office Manager: Sanlam Direct Contact Centre

What will you do?

Responsible to control, support and implement office and administrative functions and processes, undertake risk, financial and budget management and controls and manage a team of administrative assistants.
- Control, support and implement Office and administrative functions and processes
- Ensure that standardised processes, systems and procedures are put in place, utilised and controlled for all administrative, financial and support functions within the unit.
- Undertake reporting of key MIS
- Receive and resolve (escalating) processes related to complaints and problems received from Management, Consultants. (i.e.: broken furniture/equipment etc)
- Understand, monitor and manage service level agreements with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective operations of business
- Assist with sales related support processes
- Assist with leave audits for the call centre
- Undertake the role of OHASA representative for the department
- Undertake equipment and furniture/asset inventory management
- Support the department with additional administration duties
- Undertake Risk, Financial and Budget Control
- Undertake expense management and budget controls
- Undertake the administration and payments (study loans) of the Wealth Management qualification with Consultants
- Assist management with identification and management of business risks
- People Management

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Management Diploma (preferable)
- 2-4 years proven experience as an Office Manager.
- 2 years experience in a high volume sales call centre.
