- Production planning
- Food safety
- Pricing and labelling

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric Certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be familiar with all bakery production procedures and hygiene
- Must be passionate and creative with attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- Prepared to work early shifts
