- Calling on our existing Industrial reseller customer base and will also be calling together with them on their customers where you will be required to perform product demonstrations on Power Tools, Welding equipment, air compressors and industrial type hand tools.- Keep the customers as well as their customers excited and satisfied by providing a complete range of DIY and Industrial tools and hardware, enhancing the company's relationship by giving them the best service possible.- Retain and grow the existing customer database, through the quality of service, providing an excellent customer journey in a competitive market.- The focus is on the quality of the call.- Build trust and ensure the customer buys the products they require-
- Listening to the customers and assisting with a business proposition is central to your role solving queries they may have is vital, as is advising customers of new innovative products and services-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric or equivalent (non negotiable)- Experience with Account Management would be ideal- services of an Industrial Account Manager for the Vaal Triangle and Klerksdorp area. You should ideally reside in Vereeniging, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, or the surrounding areas.-
- Your proven sales track record ,understanding of the industry and product knowledge will be crucial to your success.- Computer literate- Friendly, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with great communication skills.- Good attitude and can use negotiation and persuasion to assist a customer to make the right decision on a product- Positive and confident personality while maintaining the desired respect- Being polite and articulate is a must.- This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, and matching the company's products to the customer’s needs.- Enthusiasm and ability to increase sales- Must have own vehicle**What Qualification**
