Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Ensuring project milestones are met
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Conducting team and planning meetings
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Liaising with executives and other departments
- Manage and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Provide Weekly Project Progress Reports (Project Schedule, Risk/Issue/Decision Register, Action Items and Budget)
- Ensuring project timelines and budget are adhered to
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Progress Meetings/Communication Plan
- Confirm with Clients the frequency of Project Progress Meetings.
- Confirm with the Client which of the Stakeholders should attend and if the meetings will be on-site, Telecon or Video Conferencing.
- Provide daily updates to Client and Stakeholders.
- Escalate risks/issues to the relevant Stakeholders immediately and document in the Risk/Issue Register accordingly.
- Compile and manage project documentation (Project initiation documents, project closeout reports, Risk/Issue & decision registers)
- Optimising processes

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

- Two years Project Management experience
- Good leadership and decision-making skills
- Be resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a team and get along with different personality types
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Able to use office programs and project management software
- Project Management certification (Not required but would be beneficial)

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
