**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Enhancing HR Practices**: Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for improvement in existing HR processes, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of our employees and the organisation.
- **Employee Engagement**: Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
- **Capacity Succession Planning**: Oversee succession planning efforts, ensuring we identify and develop internal talent for key positions within the organisation.
- **Performance Management Support**: Assist in refining performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to encourage continuous growth and development.
- **Compliance & Policy Enhancement**: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies while contributing to the development of best practices that support our organisational values.
- **Training & Development Coordination**: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities that empower employees to reach their full potential.
- **HR Administration Excellence**: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare insightful HR reports to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Honours Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist ideally in a Fintec setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
