The Change Consultant will contribute to the development of change management strategies, plans and processes to support the adoption of changes required by organizational change, projects and HR projects. The Change Consultant will ensure that change management functions proactively support the business to achieve its objectives. What will make you successful in this role?
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Change Consultant:

- Analysis of operational changes and assess the change impact.
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Manage change requests and review planned changes.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of organizational change management activities and recommending actions to resolve issues.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
- Leading change management workstreams with a structure methodology/process.
- Supporting the development of communications and the creation of communication channels relevant to change initiatives in partnership with Leadership and Marketing.
- Support coaching and training to employees as it relates to change management initiatives.
- Communication with the affected employees
- Information transfer and documentation of process changes.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.

Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Management, Organisational Change Management or Human Resources.
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry
