**SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSBILITIES**:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Maintains security by following procedures and signing visitor cards.

**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum Education: Grade 12
- Additional Qualifications: Secretarial and/or Office Administration qualification
- 2 years relevant experience

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
- Client interaction and liaison.
- Tend to Clients during meetings;
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings, seminars and/or
- workshops, including the taking of notes, planning, organizing and scheduling of
- meetings;
- Replenishment of office stationery provisions;
- Ordering and controlstationery and consumables;
- Attend to coffee/ tea on request by management;
- Organizing catering hosting and facilitating of office functions when requested;
- Ensure general neatness of office facilities such as printing station and boardrooms;
- Monitoring/ Managing cleaning materials;
- Monitoring/ Managing coffee, tea, milk, sugar;
- Ensure boardroom facilities are in working condition such as dry wipe markers etc.;
- Reception duties.
