**About the Role**:
Our client in the financial services sector is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance who can lead an automation-first approach. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about technology, driven by data, and ready to build a world-class automation strategy that powers every release with speed and precision.

As the Head of QA, you’ll define and implement an automation-driven QA strategy to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of our testing processes. You’ll lead a talented team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to ensure every product release meets the highest standards—all while scaling automation to drive continuous improvement and faster delivery cycles.

**What you will do**:

- Design and implement a robust automation framework that supports end-to-end testing, regression, and performance testing, allowing for rapid, quality-driven releases.
- Manage and mentor the QA team, with a strong focus on automation skill development, fostering a culture of innovation and quality ownership.
- Identify and implement tools and practices that streamline manual testing and enhance automated test coverage across all products.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless testing and faster feedback loops.
- Define, track, and communicate key quality metrics to identify trends, drive decisions, and continuously improve the testing process.

**What you need to have**:

- Relevant Qualification
- 8+ Years experience leading Testing Teams
- Extensive experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks, with deep knowledge of tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Proven track record of leading QA teams and implementing automation strategies, especially within agile development environments.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize automation for scalability and performance.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on tracking and acting on QA metrics, driving quality and efficiency gains.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision for quality and automation
