**Requirements**:

- Labour law diploma
- Relevant B-Tech HR / B. Com HR degreewould be advantageous
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience ofrepresenting companies at CCMA
- Sound knowledge of and ability tointerpret labour legislation, especially the LRA, BCEA
- Own reliable car
- Willing to do extensive travellingacross the country
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
- Good negotiation skills

**Internal industrialrelations**
- Chair appeal hearings in accordancewith company procedures as and when required.

**CCMA proceedings**
- Thorough investigation of all factsto be used during CCMA proceedings
- Research relevant case law to be usedin CCMA proceedings
- Liaise with labour law experts whererequired and approved to ensure adequate preparation for CCMA proceedings
- Prepare bundles for use at CCMAproceedings
- Represent the company at CCMAproceedings
- Arrange for legal representation andbrief counsel accordingly where required at CCMA / Labour Court proceedings
- Filing and or serving of necessarydocumentation, in accordance with the rules of the CCMA with regards toconciliation and arbitration proceedings

**Administration**
- Maintain internal IR register of allCCMA / Labour court issues
- Compile and submit monthly IR reportsto the Human Resources Executive

**Training**
- Facilitate the IR module ofmanagement training if and when required
