- Franchise managers oversee new and existing franchises. In this role the franchise manager assists Franchisees in managing their businesses with regards to key areas such as Finance, Brand standards, Operations, HR & Product.- Further to this, it is expected that the Franchise Manager gives guidance to growing the business and entrenching the company's brand within the market and supports the franchisee through development and training.- Use of technology to organise and synchronize business processes—principally sales, marketing, customer service and technological support.- Implement customer relationship management so as to maintain and provide a customer-centric service which includes interfacing with other departments.- To source and sign up new business and to manage such business including but not limited to current business in place. To grow new business so as to improve sales volumes and therefore sales income. To offer superb service levels to all clients and to solve problems and maintain client relationships.- JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric Exemption- 5 years’ experience in franchising- Financial /Property/Hygiene/Project Management or Managerial experience- Operational experience in FMCG - Franchising- Franchise Management Diploma- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - intermediate level- GAAP or other POS system, as applicable- Finance courses- Customer Service Course- Retail & Sales Management**What Qualification**
