**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon
- Manage and motivate a talented team of stylists and beauty professionals
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment
- Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are stocked
- Handle scheduling, staff performance, and payroll
- Implement marketing strategies to increase clientele
- Monitor salon financials and drive business growth
- Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and industry standards

**Requirements**:

- Must be 30 years or older
- Must have Matric
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of salon software and POS systems
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts effectively
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying current on trends
- Comfortable and skilled at working with children and families
- Own car/ reliable transport
