Office Administrator with Accounts Experience

Tokai, South Africa Edge Personnel (Pty) Ltd Full time

. Clean drivers license and willingness to drive company cars if required.

Limited driving is anticipated, and this would be very local.

2. Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans - read and write.

3. Communication with clients as required

4. Answering switchboard (we receive limited call per day)

5. Accounts - Invoicing & Account follow ups (Creditors & Debtors, Statements

etc.)

6. Job cost summaries and reconciliations

7. Management of supplier invoices and payments

8. Managing monthly accounts to be paid by SEC and advising management of

the payment dates

9. Requesting tax invoices and statements from suppliers

10.Management of Petty Cash, staff expenses and claims

11.Ensuring that all staff adhere to company procedures relating to vehicle and

equipment bookings etc. and arranging vehicle maintenance as required

(servicing, panel beating etc.)

12.Assist all departments with administration duties including placement of

newspaper adverts etc. as part of PPP - EIA department.

13.Printing and binding EIA documents if required or burning CD’s

14.Management of office consumables and kitchen area and associated supplies

and to ensure kitchen cleanliness

15.Scanning relevant hard copy documents - we operate a paperless system

16.Company travel arrangements, accommodation, and flight bookings

17.Assisting management as required

18.Receiving visitors and clients

19.Any other activities that may be reasonably required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R15 000,00 per month
