**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertisement Design**: Create visually appealing advertisements for print and digital formats, adhering to the newspaper's standards and client specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and editorial teams to understand client needs and ensure the effective delivery of design solutions.
- **Concept Development**: Develop creative concepts and layouts for advertisements, ensuring they are engaging and on-brand.
- **Revisions**: Make revisions based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final designs.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized files for all projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all designs meet the newspaper’s quality standards and are free of errors before publication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a newspaper or print media environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS7), particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Additional Skills**: Experience with other design software and tools is a plus.
