Job description
- LSL Auctions Live Broadcasting and Online Bidding Platform with over 1.5 Million viewers is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to join our, growing and highly ambitious team. You will be working across multiple systems in a fast paced company where you will have the opportunity to expand your skill-set, work with the latest technologies and take a real part in the company’s future. You will be a self-starter with initiative and a broad range of technical skills. An enthusiastic individual who is able to onboard new clients while maintaining the existing client base. You thrive in an environment where requirements and priorities can change rapidly to meet the needs of our customers and where every day is a learning day; actively seeking out new knowledge, tools and technologies to help take the company forward into the future.
**Required Experience**:
- Sales and Business Development Manager minimum 5 years experience
- I.T. literate
- Passionate about learning the latest web technology and trends and show great care in attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
- Managing and training a business development team
- Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met
- Attending clients site locations nationwide to demo and setup the LSL platform.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
