**Job Title**:PA & Medical Receptionist to Specialist Psychiatrist

**Experience Required**: minimum 3-4 years working as a medical receptionist.

**Employment type**:Full Time, onsite

**Salary**:R15 000 gross per month (no benefits)

**Hours**:8:30 am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), 1 hour lunch break
- **Must be above 35 years old **and want to stay in a career as a personal assistant longterm.
- **Must have no intentions to emigrate in the next 10-15 years.**:

- Be experienced, meticulous, highly competent, highly organised, able to prioritise work appropriately, be very efficient and able to grasp concepts quickly and easily.
- Always be punctual, honest, reliable, emotionally mature, able take responsibility for their actions and not allow personal problems to negatively affect the smooth running of the doctor’s practice.
- Have a calm, patient, friendly and helpful demeanour and listen attentively to patients.
- Have experience using Goodx billing software and other medical billing software and be able to liaise with medical aids for various aspects related to the practice.
- Have excellent knowledge and use of Google Calendar and Microsoft (One Drive, OneNote, Excel, Word).
- Work well with nurses, admin staff, other receptionists, and all other staff at the clinic.
- Must be willing to be well-versed with all the doctor’s policies and procedures and adhere to them accordingly.
- Must be able to work flexible hours in the case of an emergency with a patient or hospital admissions, where the doctor would require assistance.
