Our client (Located in the Gardens area), a leading provider of smart home energy solutions whose main focus is on developing innovative smart geyser technology that manages household energy usage efficiently is looking for Outbound Sales Agents to sell their advanced smart home solutions to a diverse range of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Handle incoming and make outgoing sales calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of our smart home solutions.
2. Understand the unique needs of each customer and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings, and stay up-to-date with product changes or enhancements.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
5. Accurately log and record sales and customer information in the company's CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. **Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment,** preferably selling smart home or similar technology products.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R7,500.00 per month
