Are you a skilled and experienced trainer who can design and deliver engaging courses on CIB Corporate products and channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Trade Enablement Specialist SME Support team.

**Job Description**:
Your key accountabilities will include;

Business process design or improvement;
- Interacting with product and process owners, conduct business process needs analysis to understand the requirements, inputs, handoffs and outputs of the process.
- Facilitate process design workshops with participants from the processing areas and the process owners. Map the processes using the bank's approved mapping standards (currently MS Visio). This includes facilitating, designing and documenting process decomposition diagrams and defining and documenting business processes to cover the total life cycle of the product or service covered.
- Review process maps to ensure that all regulatory, compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley and operational risk control elements are incorporated and highlighted.

Policy and procedure support;
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on the content of the policies, procedures and processes in the portfolio by providing information to any person in the business unit requesting clarification on the requirements.
- With content input from business process owners, produce circulars to ensure effective communication of policy, process or procedure changes. Ensure that circulars are published before changes become effective.

Analysis (including Business Case);
- Proactively build relationships with business areas & DevOps teams to proactively develop expertise in the various business process.
- Translate elicited needs and knowledge acquired into user story format to be used by DevOps teams

Process education;
- Support business process owners and users in the business area to increase their level of understanding around the Group standards for policy, process and procedure documents by conducting formal and informal briefing sessions.
- Participate in the Policy and Procedure user group forum to refine the policy and procedure taxonomy (classification structure).

Training Analysis, Design, Development and Delivery:

- Gather requirements from relevant stakeholders within Product/Channel areas.
- Deliver the requirements of training, from analysis through to implementation for the CIBW Corporate product/channel offering and ensure that the most appropriate and Barclays Group aligned training methodology is applied for the product under consideration.
- Carry out training needs analyses with Product and Channel Managers to varying levels of knowledge as well as design and develop learning solutions in line with business objectives.
- Design and develop training material such as learner guides, facilitator guides, and other relevant learning material/documentation such as quick reference guides, hand
- outs, manuals and exercises.
- A B degree
- 2 years’ experience with process mapping/process improvement
- 5 years’ experience in Trade and Working Capital product and process life cycle
