**Responsibilities**:

- **Photo Editing**: Edit photos to enhance their quality, composition, and overall appeal while maintaining the company's aesthetic standards.
- **Printing Photo Orders**: Print photo orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
- **Organizing Printed Photos**: Arrange and categorise printed photos to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist with general office administration tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, managing calendars, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Order Processing**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing**: Collaborate with the owners to develop promotional materials, social media content, and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A creative mindset with a passion for photography and design.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or office administration is advantageous.
