- The Commercial Solutions Head is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the strategic business development activities, strategic relationships, and leading transformation in the team by providing guidance to the management team The Commercial Solutions Head will provide support in the successful management of the pricing and profit margins written on new and existing business and lead the processes that deliver on product and services innovation, product and service pricing, product research and development, and the development of scenario planning for the generation of revenues, and growing market share profitably The Commercial Solutions Head acts as a sparring partner to Chief Executive Officer and Business Functional Heads on issue identification and finding of appropriate solutions and actions related to sustainable growth and development of the business**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Minimum of a post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience - Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in Commercial management and/business development and business strategy
- Proven success in identifying and developing business opportunities
- Knowledge of relevant, applicable industry legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of business, operational, production and financial management
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Strong project management skills across functions and cultures
- Experience in management consulting, strategy or corporate development beneficial
