PA & Travel Expert with Meal Prep Experience Position for a private owner based in La Lucia, Durban.
Are you a highly organized and resourceful individual with a passion for travel and a talent for creating delicious, healthy meals?
We're looking for a multifaceted Personal Assistant to support a busy professional, handling a wide range of tasks from complex travel planning to weekly meal preparation.
**Responsibilities**
- **Travel Management**: Plan, book, and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries. Research and recommend unique destinations and experiences.
- **Experience in Travel booking and planning necessary.**:
- **Meal Preparation**: Develop and execute weekly meal plans based on dietary preferences and health goals. Shop for groceries and prepare healthy, nutritious meals in advance.
- **Personal Assistance**: Handle various administrative and personal tasks, such as managing a calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and running errands.
- **Household Management**: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for household maintenance and appointments.
- **Communication**: Act as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and liaising with others on the professional's behalf.
- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, with a strong background in managing complex travel arrangements.
- **Culinary Skills**: Excellent cooking and meal prep skills, with a focus on healthy and balanced nutrition.
- **Organizational Prowess**: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effortlessly.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient with calendar management software, travel booking platforms, and other relevant technology.
- **Discretion and Reliability**: You are trustworthy, discreet, and can handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- **Problem Solver**: You are proactive and resourceful, capable of anticipating needs and solving problems independently.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic schedule and changing priorities.
