Responsible for the coordination of SD&L projects through

consultation with Customer Service Leaders and ensuring that implementation of projects and programs happens according to planned activities. Execution of the localization strategy, supporting translation SD&L projects from beginning to end

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Administration**
- Processing of service provider invoices and raising purchase orders
- Gathering and consolidating proof of payments and evidence reports for the quarterly reports
- Following up on compliance documentation with beneficiaries and service providers
- Manage and ensure proper filing of ED and SD documents
- Collating all ED/SD documentation for the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) rating process
- Assist with compilation of monthly SD&L reports

**Required Qualifications and desired Characteristics**
- Grade 12 (required)
- Degree or National Diploma in Business Management and or Project Management (required)
- Able to communicate with and coordinate the work of service providers Demonstrated knowledge of producing basic monitoring reports for SD&L projects
- Very good organizing skills and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
- Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and work effectively under limited supervision
- Very good MS Word and MS Excel skills; exposure to MS project (or similar) and MS PowerPoint would be an advantage.
