**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance & OHS**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations, manage IOD reporting, and support workplace investigations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
