You will be responsible for:
Provide a positive first impression to suppliers, customers & team members
Provide fast friendly and accurate information to team members & customers
Ensure all Stock Orders are done with the best possible cost price from the supplier and placed in time to ensure stock will be at office before it’s needed for the specific project or job
Ensure that Suppliers are managed properly to ensure a good relationship and help with better cost pricing and prioritised stock deliveries
Ensure that all stock received is correctly and timeously captured on QuickBooks
Ensure that the company pricelist is always up to date (Updated Monthly) and sent to all the relevant team members
Internal documents are accurate, filed and up to date
Ensure that all deadlines are met within the given timeframe
Keep up to date with better methods to improve your performance and customer service levels
Purchase orders are placed and accurately captured
Purchase Order Follow-ups done to ensure stock is delivered on-time
Accurately capture Supplier Invoices
Minimum Stock levels are managed at all times
All Faulty & Warranty items tracked and managed accurately
Stock is managed properly & effectively
Pricelist is always up to date and all item costs are reviewed and updated monthly
All reports are completed accurately and sent as per request timeline
All deadlines are met
All administrative tasks are completed at the high standard set
Sourcing and buying of stock
Stock planning and forecasting
Effective management of ETA’s
Supplier management
Build relationships internally including sales and operations
Good negotiator and trader
**Qualifications**:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma / Certificate will be adv.
3-4 Years technical buying experience (Electronic / IT Stock Management)
IT experience / knowledge
Working knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Own transport with a valid drivers’ licence
**Skills**:
Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)
Deadline orientated and work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Positive and assertive attitude
A good team player
Ability to work both independently and in a team
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong planning and organizing skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Basic salary on offer + pension fund, disability benefits & 13th cheque.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R23,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
