A Glass processing company in Brackenfell requires a motivated, competent all-rounder to perform various functions between the sales and finance department.

This role will require strict attention to detail, as well as high level accuracy, combined with excellent customer service skills. Cash reconciliations experience and Internal sales experience preferential

**Requirements**:

- Min. Grade 12 essential. Further qualification will be an advantage
- Computer literacy, with good Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a good finance background
- Customer orientated & have experience in dealing with customers
- The ability to plan & prioritize effectively
- Be able to work independently & use initiative
- Good communication skills
- Previous Glass industry knowledge will be advantageous

Responsibilities (not inclusive):

- Assist Credit Controller with COD payments, correct allocation and conversion of quotes to orders
- Capturing of deposit payments on orders
- Informing customers of balance due and following up on collection
- Liaising with production on orders and dispatch with regards to collection and deliveries of COD orders
- Liaising with finance to release orders
- Follow up on outstanding replacement orders issued

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
