**SPECIFICATION**
A credit provider working specifically with women-led informal businesses, providing a combined saving/credit solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage and address inbound calls from clients and prospects, and manage and address existing clients for non-payments.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Driving prospects through a sales funnel using a combination of messaging and calls
- Collections function - calling defaulting clients to secure payment arrangements
- Dealing with general client queries.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- A tertiary qualification
- Requires a fluent Xhosa/English/Zulu speaker
In order to do this job well, you will need:
- Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to deal with clients with low literacy and numeracy skills
- Good numeracy skills - ideally financial service experience with good mathematical skill
- A strong sales focus - oriented to meeting targets and working under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to R8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
