La Vie, a long-term healthcare company, has joined forces with a cutting-edge tech company to introduce a state-of-the-art mobile app for at-home vitals monitoring using advanced video analysis and AI technology. This initiative is tailored to elevate the healthcare oversight and overall well-being of our residents.

We are actively seeking a committed Digital Health Support Specialist to lead the adoption and sustained use of this innovative health monitoring app within our vibrant communities across various facilities. This role is central to closing the gap between technology and our residents, ensuring a seamless integration of the app into their daily routines, thus making a significant contribution to their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
**Engagement and Education**:

- Promote the health monitoring app to residents, their families, and staff.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and educational sessions to elucidate the app’s functionalities.
- Develop and distribute clear instructional materials to foster understanding and usage of the app.

**On-Site Assistance**:

- Offer personalized help to residents in setting up and navigating the app.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered by users.
- Collect feedback for the continuous refinement of the app and user experience.

**Communication**:

- Establish robust relationships between the tech provider, nursing home staff, and residents, ensuring a harmonized approach to healthcare technology integration.
- Convey any challenges, successes, and insights to both organizations to support the project’s ongoing progression.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in the collection and evaluation of user data to measure the app’s impact and adoption.
- Report on user engagement and propose strategies for enhancing app adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Background in healthcare, nursing, or community engagement is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have personal transportation and willingness to travel to all facilities in Pretoria, Centurion, North and West Johannesburg.
- Passionate about advancing healthcare delivery through innovative technology.
