Requirements

Organisational Development offers an exciting opportunity for an

experienced Organisational Development Specialist
- An Organisational Psychology degree coupled with a minimum of 5

years professional organisational

development experience.
- A valid drivers’ licence is preferred

Key Performance Areas
- Implement processes, interventions, systems and programmes to

deliver the People Strategy and strategic business priorities.
- Utilising a variety of Organisational Development, People

Management and change management methodologies and best

practice approaches to deliver on key functions.
- Manage development projects
- Influence and implement strategically aligned business processes

and practices for sustainable organisational effectiveness.
- Contribute to and support the specialist areas of change

management; organisational behaviour; people management; and

leadership development.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify gaps and needs to address the effectiveness of

people management, change leadership and organisational

behaviour initiatives.
- Collate and present business reports that highlight the

progress/possibilities for further growth and development as well as

value-add.
- Must be able to design and implement team interventions to drive

culture change in the organisation.
