**Administration functions**
- Deal effectively with customer queries and complaints
- Communicate personally and telephonically with a diverse group of shoppers and clients
- Provide feedback to Centre Management with regards to suggestions, complaints and compliments in order to provide a better shopping environment
- Control the sales of gift vouchers
- Handle cash daily
- Assist with promotional activities such as competitions and shopper incentive programs
- Control situations in the event of theft, lost children or parents etc. This involves making public announcements, notifying security etc.
- Ensure effective communication in a crisis situation
- Handle irate customers and tenants
- Provide relief for switchboard and reception
- Oversee the general operations of the Centre on weekends, i.e. efficient security, parking, escalators, lifts and air cons

**Customer Relations**
- Attend to customer and tenant general queries and complaints effectively and in line with standards

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric

**Required Knowledge**
- Knowledge of basic Department structure and work and information flow

**Skills/Abilities**
- Ability to work in a team
- Have excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to use initiative when dealing with problems
- Must be friendly, presentable, reliable, trustworthy and patient
- Customer orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be computer literate

**Experience**
- 2 years general office experience
