**Key Performance Areas (KPA)**

**Sales and CCR Retention**
- Implement special sales activities to generate new leads
- Obtain new lead referrals from current clients
- Present and sell all company products and services to potential new clients
- Present and sell adhoc products to existing clients
- Go through a demo on products with clients.
- Achieve the required/agreed sales and retention target
- Use available marketing collateral for sales generation
- Prepare and present all proposals for prospective clients
- Conduct training to all new clients
- Service all dealerships within designated area, in line with weekly targets set on field app.
- Provide training for all new dealerships signed up and ongoing training for existing dealerships on the management of company site and Dealer Dash.
- Ensure dealership vehicles are active and that vehicles listed longer than 90days are refreshed and reactivated.
- Attend weekly sales and customer care meetings. This is to assist for the upcoming weeks planning and any adhoc plans implemented to be discussed.
- Achieve the required/agreed sales and retention targets.
- Develop and maintain current and new customer relationships.
- Must be able to cold call and create interaction with potential clients.

**Administration**
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities on the field app.
- Obtain signed agreements, supporting documents from clients and submit for processing and activation.
- Compile and submit monthly/weekly reports.
- Support debtors in collection of outstanding subscriptions fees.
- Ensure all dealer information captured on the company backend is correct and up to date.
- Written communication to all dealerships to be sent out after each service call, highlighting correction points discussed.
- Monthly company fuel recons to be completed as well as any administrative requests from Finance (Wesbank recons).
- Monthly company vehicle checks to take place (vehicle check list to be completed).

**Inherent Requirements**

**Academic Qualification(S)**
- Relevant Sales/Customer Care qualification/Diploma

**Relevant Experience**
- 2-4 years of Sales/Customer Care experience in a business-to-business Sales/Customer Care environment
- 1 year digital Sales/Customer Care experience

**Relevant Competencies and Knowledge**
- Understanding of motor industry which company operates within
- MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM
- Proven ability to meet sales and Customer Care goals
- Knowledge of advertising and sales/Customer Care promotion techniques
