We currently looking for Document Controllers

The Document Controller will perform generic Document Control responsibilities and support Senior / Principal Document Controller on a portfolio of projects. Capable of working independently on small-size projects and will be responsible for communicating project issues potentially impacting the project portfolio.

What your responsibilities as a DC will be:

- Aware of working within corporate & project-specific document control procedures
- Conform to company enforced specifications and document control procedures
- Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data
- Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)
- Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable
- Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information
- Maintaining the document control database
- Process incoming and outgoing documentation as per DMS processes and procedures
- Receiving incoming documents & drawing using DMS databaseIssuing documents & drawing in a controlled manner using DMS database
- Receives, catalogs and stores hard copies and electronic copies of all project documentation, technical drawings, reports, and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures
- Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed, and filed/stored
- Ensure updating of reply-by date information and follow-up with stakeholders as expected by the client
- Ensuring timely turnaround of documentation issued internally or received externally
- Provide full document control support to the team
- Preparing and administrating agreed distribution matrixes
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of suppliers' documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all other aspects related to document quality
- Produce internal and external (Clients and Suppliers) over-due reports
- Establish and maintain the Master Document Register in cooperation with the Project team
- Perform adequate Health Checks as per time agreements with client and internal management
- Perform reporting duties as per Document Management Service requirements
- Support business reviews as per client request
- Update and verify Master List according to the standards
- Contribute to Forums
