Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager

The position’s primary function is to implement a framework and related delivery models that truly speaks to Service management life cycle focusing on Service Culture, Quality, Employee Engagement and Customer Experience.
You will work closely with peers and the business leads to help with smooth transition from projects into managed services and represent our clients though input to ongoing service design to ensure we can deliver to the correct standards incorporating ITIL, Escalation matrix, incident management and other global industry standards.
**Required minimum Education and Work Experience**
- Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience in IT Service Management role
- 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- 3-5 years’ experience on Information Security
- 4-5 years’ experience with documentation creation
- 4 -5 years’ experience in client delivery functions
- Understanding of and experience in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction.
- ITIL Foundations Certificate

- Ability to deal with outsource partners and third parties, holding them to account and driving them for resolution.
- Demonstrated attention to quality of processes.
- Proven skills in driving departmental results through effectively managing others.
- Delivery of quality results through an effective attention on the desired outcomes
- Ability to garner information from the organization in order to accurately distil service level requirements.
- Ability to create and manage the full lifecycle of services contained in a Service Portfolio and Service Catalogue.
- Communication and business writing skills.
- Knowledge of client service delivery.
- Understanding of surveys and measurements and how to translate this into meaningful client improvement plans;
