My client is a world leading business management and corporate finance advisory firm providing professional services to international clients in sports, entertainment, technology and media. We are in search of a highly motivated Corporate Finance Executive to join their office based in Claremont, Cape Town and to provide international support to their UK offices. As the successful incumbent will be a dynamic team player, comfortable working with the international team and on multiple assignments concurrently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare sophisticated financial models and information memoranda to facilitate investment rounds for clients
- Work alongside the corporate finance team for sell-side due diligence including management of virtual data rooms
- Help identify leads and maintain a CRM database for strategic growth opportunities, including prospective clients, acquirers or investors
**Requirements**:
- Qualified CA(SA), 6 month - 2 years PQE in corporate finance or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial forecasting and modelling
- Articulate and confident communication skills, commitment to confidentiality and discretion, able to work directly with high-net-worth clients in different time zones
