We are hiring

We are looking for strong junior debt collectors and tracing experts to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Must have excellent negotiation skills
- Have the ability to motivate payments
- Must be accurate in precise in administration
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Creative approach to obtain information.
- Communicate effectively with debtors both verbally and in writing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in call centre
- Must be computer literate
- Proven experience as debt collector
- Experience in working with targets
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Matric is non-negotiable
