**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The FES & P Graduate is responsible for assisting in coaching, training and maintaining the Faurecia Excellence System tools deployment.

**The main missions of the role are as follows**:

- Transfer knowledge and experience to Plant personnel through, shop floor improvement activities i.e., Hoshin workshops, SMED workshops, pull flow implementation, small train calculations, shops stock sizes, line supply, standardized work, Supervisor and Gap leader routines, management control, and Ergonomics studies.
- Maintain site layouts, operational warehouse layouts to remain current and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices.
- Analyze and improve key business processes, work measurement, operational design and layout
- Conduct feasibility studies which includes data gathering and presenting the data to management in a well-structured report and presentation.
- Increase operating efficiencies and achieve potential costs saving initiatives.
- Provide implementing planning and tracking support.
- Support FES Deployment in Production.
- Support FES &P in launch.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification, ideally in industrial engineering
- Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools
- A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way.
- Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
- 70% overall achievement on full academic results.
- First experience in production environment
- Excellent skills in MS office and SAP R3
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- International mind set
- Bi-lingual with mandatory English
