**Job Desciption**:
At Novus Print, we value the expertise and dedication of our team members. We are currently seeking to appoint a Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a leading printing company, we are committed to excellence in everything we do, from delivering top-notch printing solutions to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The **Tender Specialist** will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals in response to requests for bids (RFPs) or tenders issued by potential clients. This position reports directly to the Group Executive: Public Sector.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Search and Compliance**: Actively seek and assess tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
- **Pre-Tender and Evaluation**: Handle pre-tender processes, evaluate tenders, and identify logístical and supply chain needs for accurate costing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare documents and address issues during tender preparation and printing.
- **Submission Management**: Coordinate and compile high-quality tender documents, both locally and internationally, primarily in Africa.
- **Risk Management and Continuous Improvement**: Identify risks, address issues promptly, and participate in post-tender evaluations to enhance future submissions.
- **Process Optimization**: Streamline tender processes and ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and protocols.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Maintain a Tender Tracker Pipeline, monitor tender progress, and produce regular status reports.
