**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain and update the parts inventory system, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts.
- Generate sales quotes and invoices, and handle customer queries regarding orders.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with logistics teams.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, stock movement, and backorders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and health & safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.
- Order accuracy and turnaround time
- Inventory accuracy
- Customer satisfaction and response time
- Timely processing of quotes and invoices
**REQUIEREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a parts or technical sales environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- IT literate - experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory/ERP systems
- Experience with parts systems, or manufacturer-specific platforms
- Basic technical understanding of parts/products in relevant industry.
- Knowledge of procurement processes
