**What will you do?**
- To provide and deliver effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the East Coast Regional office.- The ideal individual must have strong administrative skills and strong planning and organisational skills, be detail-orientated, structured, have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a high performance culture environment.**Provide administrative support in terms of the following**:
- E2 Financial payments & order supplies
- Take messages, redirect actions and resolve queries where possible.
- Consolidate and provide relevant reports
- Assist with ad hoc requests
- Process SanPay journals of all adviser deductions
- Capture SRS requests
- Internal Risk Management controls
**What will make you successful in this role?**
**Qualification and Experience**
- Matric
- Secretarial Qualification/Diploma
- A minimum of two to three years of Office Administration/Secretarial/Personal assistant experience.
- Preferably a Secretarial Diploma/ Certificate
- Previous experience in a Sales environment will be an advantage.
- E2 Financials and Service Request system (SRS)
- SanPay
