**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with design, copy, and CRM teams to ensure all assets are accurate, approved, and on brand.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including open, click-through, and unsubscribe rates.
- Support A/B testing, UTM tagging, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Assist with list management, database maintenance, and data hygiene best practices.

**What You Bring**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of campaign metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-moving marketing environment.
