**Job Overview**:
The incumbent will be responsible for processing /charging of all invoices to the Corporate clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Processing of invoices from the queue in Papertrail as per Standard operating procedure
- Liaising with consultants and various departments when necessary
- General Administration and assisting with assigned ad-hoc duties within the accounts department

**Skills, Experience, Education**:

- 1-2 years Accounts knowledge - travel background advantageous
- Procon knowledge advantageous
- Possess competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline.
- Basic excel skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
- An ability to provide excellent customer service
- Analytical skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team and/or independently
- Accounting/financial certificate advantageous

**Package & Renumeration**:
Attractive package market related, based on experience.
