Client and Administration Manager

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Client and Administration Manager of iFearless will be responsible for implementation and oversight of all aspects of the iFearless (IFE) in accordance with company objectives which include operational management and service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
- Project Management Certificate will be advantageous
- Entrepreneurship qualification will be advantageous
- Prior education in systems/technology is an added advantage
- Experience in Client liaison
- Track record in customer service and business retention Entrepreneurial back-ground - having started/managed a start-up before and set operational foundations
- Operational optimisation skills with a proven record over a minimum of 3 years of increasing outputs and efficiencies
- Good understanding and buy-in of the shared value concept and wanting to make a positive impact through meaningful socio-economic transformation
- Proven track record in respect of leading teams
- Proven people management skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current Driver’s license
- Mobile Phone
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Works beyond the gazetted business hours to ensure the growth of a business enterprise that delivers shareholder value.
- Able to comply with Signa and clients OHS requirements
- Works as directed
