**Qualification and Experience** Minimum**:

- B. Sc / B. Eng. in Engineering.
- 5 years of continuous improvement experience.
- Proficiency in project management.

**Preferred**:

- Lean Six Sigma certification/accreditation.
- Expertise in manufacturing financials, process optimization, and new product implementation.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, robotics, and automation.

**Roles and Responsibilities** Strategic Operations Improvement**:

- Lead transformative projects to elevate operational efficiency.
- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve significant financial savings.

**Portfolio Management**:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure timely and successful project completions.

**Cultural Transformation**:

- Establish a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Implement management systems to foster operational excellence.

**Leadership in Engineering**:

- Guide and support industrial engineers in our cutting-edge factories.
- Collaborate with the team for seamless project execution.
