**Position: Lead Generator/Telemarketer** **Location: Northriding, South Africa**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Engage with prospects, build relationships, and provide information about our property services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and telemarketing within the property industry.
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work from our office in Northriding, Gauteng.
