Your mission will be to drive business transformation through market research, competitive intelligence, and best-in-class search and sourcing methods. You will design and operationalise a scalable approach to in-house executive search, ensuring we attract the talent we need to succeed.- Key Responsibilities- In this role, you will design and implement an executive search function that services all business units and geographies within the group. You will partner closely with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to align on insights and business requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing an ecosystem of expert partners, optimising sourcing channels, and creating a knowledge management framework.
