**Infor M3 ERP Systems Manager Job Purpose**

Responsible for the management, development & user experience of our new & current Global ERP System (Infor M3 & Cloud Chemical Suite (CCS))

Provide Systems management & support as we implement Global migration from the On-Prem M3 system, to the cloud version of the software.

**Infor M3 ERP Systems Manager Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**

The following list is not exhaustive & other duties & responsibilities of a similar nature may be required:

- Managing a team of 3x ERP Support Technicians, including leading team meetings & assigning action items to team members
- Answering questions & providing guidance for all ERP-related projects
- Making sure the ERP systems is functioning properly & helping the business run smoothly
User & workflow set up
- Supporting with the continuous development & improvement of systems to support growth, efficiency, visibility to identify potential opportunities
- Supporting the business interaction/management of non-ERP 3rd party support partners
- Update & manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions & accurate results
- Responsible for the System Controls environment, standards & governance
- Provide procedures & reports to identify & resolve data integrity issues
- Behave in a manner in line with the company values & participate in the consultative & democratic process within the community & support the decisions of the community body
- To perform any other reasonable tasks to meet business objectives

**Infor M3 ERP Systems Manager Qualifications & Training**

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field

**Infor M3 ERP Systems Manager Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working with Infor’s Cloud Chemical Suite
