**Elenco Professional Services**is a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the **financial services and professional services sectors**across **Germany, Austria, and Switzerland**.

**What’s the role?**:
This isn’t your traditional marketing position. We combine recruitment with cutting-edge marketing strategies, and your day-to-day will be a mix of **content creation**, **digital sourcing**, and **social media marketing**across platforms like **LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter**.

We love creative freedom — whether that means experimenting with **video content**, crafting attention-grabbing posts, or using **tools like Loom and Canva**. You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, take ownership of ideas, and grow your skill set in areas like **automation, content strategy, and events**.

You’ll also help generate leads and book calls for our recruitment team through personalized digital outreach — especially via LinkedIn, where we’ll help turn you into a **video messaging pro**.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Based out of **South Africa**
- Experience in **social media content creation**, especially **video content**
- A strong interest in **digital marketing**and online engagement trends
- Understanding of or curiosity about the **recruitment industry**
- Outgoing, confident communicator, quick learner - not camera shy
- Independent self-starter who thrives in a boutique **, remote team**

**Nice to haves**:

- Familiarity with **Canva**, **Loom**, or similar digital tools
- General **digital savviness**and enthusiasm to learn
