**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSOS Administrator to join our dynamic team. The CSOS Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of community schemes by managing all aspects related to the Community Schemes Ombud Service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for CSOS-related issues, liaising with stakeholders including property owners, residents, and the CSOS office.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all CSOS regulations and guidelines, staying informed about any updates or changes.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit required reports to the CSOS and internal management in a timely manner.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed, particularly concerning community scheme governance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with CSOS regulations and community scheme management.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
